Responsibilities:
● Managing contracts with vendors specializing in:
○ Parking Lot Maintenance (paving, sealcoating, striping)
○ Plumbing Maintenance (repair & maintenance of fixtures, pipes, drains)
○ Roofing Maintenance (repair & replacement)
○ HVAC Maintenance (inspection, cleaning, repair)
● Coordinating logistics and ensuring timely completion of contracted services.1
● Conducting regular site inspections to monitor vendor performance and adherence to quality
standards.
● Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns
regarding maintenance projects.
● Maintaining comprehensive project documentation for efficient record-keeping.
● Analyzing project data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-effectiveness.
● Proactively managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications (Education and Experience):
● Possesses a bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a
related field (preferred).
● Brings at least 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within the facility
maintenance industry.
● Has a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently and
delivering results on time and within budget.
● Boasts excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
● Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate project challenges.
● Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Has experience with project management software (a plus).
● Holds a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation (a plus).

○ Project Management
● Leading response efforts for various disasters including floods, hurricanes, and wildfires.
● Managing emergency shelters, coordinated resource allocation, and ensured efficient
distribution of aid.
● Provides expert consultation to government agencies and NGOs on disaster preparedness
and response strategies.
● Utilizes strong communication and collaboration skills to build relationships with stakeholders
and ensure seamless coordination.
Qualifications (Education and Experience):
● Possesses a minimum of 10 years of experience in disaster relief or a related field.
● Demonstrates a strong understanding of disaster preparedness and response best practices.
● Has proven experience in coordinating and leading diverse teams in fast-paced
environments.

● Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure tasks are completed
efficiently and to the highest standards.
● Perform facility maintenance tasks including but not limited to:
○ Parking Lot Maintenance: Paving, sealcoating, and striping parking lots.
○ Plumbing Maintenance: Repair and maintenance of plumbing fixtures, pipes, and drains.
○ HVAC Maintenance: Inspection, cleaning, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air
conditioning systems.
○ Carpet Cleaning: Deep cleaning and restoration of carpets and rugs.
● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications (Education and Experience):
